I work as an attendant at a local ski resort and really need a good pair of waterproof pants that will help keep me warm. The majority of my job consists of standing around (hence why I need them to keep my warm) but during my breaks I plan to learn snowboarding.

A personal pet peeve is wearing 2 different shades of black, I just can't do it. Is the black pant the same shade as my "North Face Odyssey Triclimate" jacket? I have a feeling both black and Zinc Gray are the same, but some confirmation would be nice.

Also, I don't quite know what size to get. I wear a 35in. waist in dress pants and 32 inseam..but since layering is a possibility i'm leaning towards the L.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
