They both fit fairly wide and roomy. I too was deciding between the Impact 8 CS and the Quest 10. Fit was very similar, but the Impact 8 CS gives you the option of increasing the last through the heat moldable CS material. I tour 50% of the time, so I went with the Quest 10 for the lighter weight, walk mode, and replaceable soles.

If I remember correctly, a 30.0 Mastrale is a 331mm boot sole length, which would put you comfortably in the ML size (or M).
