Great glove; Sizing runs small

Black Diamond Guide Glove - Women's

I bought these gloves for myself, my husband, and my brother-in-law. The guys LOVED the gloves! Warm, dry, and good-looking. The women's Large was too small for me, so I ordered the next size up (Men's M) which fit my size 8 hand well. For me, they weren't warm enough for cold weather skiing (10-20F) but were perfect on warmer days (30s)... I guess I'll just have to always use mittens & hand warmers in the more frigid temps. Also, wrist straps and/or hooks would be nice as I was worried about losing one when they weren't on my hands (they are much too big for pockets).
