Way too tight

Planet Earth Herbert Denim Pant - Men's

Super tight. These are tight even for slim fitting jeans. I have PlanetEarth-Rushmore and Volcom-Roadhouse jeans. Both are slim fit jeans and both fit fine in 32 waist. But when I ordered these Herberts in a 32 waist I could barley get them on (I had to send them back).
They have 1% spandex yet they feel stiff for stretch jeans. My Volcoms also have 1% spandex and they feel much more flexible.
If you buy these jeans get 1 or 2 sizes larger than you normaly wear and don't expect as much stretch as other stretch jeans.
