I have ridden those pedals the last couple of years and they never let me down.

Great sun glasses. Easy to change lenses and fit perfectly. Nice model too!

They are good for racing but after 3 times the bottom part tears apart

Fits very well for me. It does not bother me at all during riding. Never crashed on my head het but I guess it protects well, too!

I like the tast of the EFS mix. With higher temperatures I combine it with 1 bottle of water to avoid stumach problems. But in Holland I would just race and train with the First Endurance Drink Mix.

I use the Multi V every 2nd day and during stage races every day. Good addition to get extra vitamins in when you are on the road.
When I am at home I take only 2 or 3 Mult-V's a week because I can make my own green smoothies again!

I never use any cream for my chamois. It makes my skin too soft and eventually weak(sore).
But when it is hot and sunny I use the Chamois Butt'r as a moisturizer for my arms and legs when I go to sleep. There is good stuff in there for your skin!

If you already have a Yakima rack, don't hesitate to invest in the Yakima Fairings. Your rack looks a lot smoother.

The realcyclist.com Pro Cycling Team travels alot to attend many races all over the US. A bike mount has to be durable and, even more important, reliable.
All I can tell that this Yakima Blockhead bike mount never let us down during many miles on the road. Even a dust storm in the New Mexican desert cannot beat the Yakima Locking Blockhead Bike Mount.

The Louis Garneau clothing that we wear as being professional athletes from Realcyclist.com Pro Cycling Team, are just very reliable and durable.
The bibs fit perfectly as do the jerseys. The design is perfect!
I guess it would be worth spending a bit more money but then you got the best quality available.
Unfortunately I have to say the Louis Garneau kit will not survive every kind of crash. I found this out during the first race I did for the Realcyclist.com Pro Cycling Team.
My advise: Have fun on the road with the LG kit, you will like it, but crash at own risk!

I am racing with these wheels for 4 years now. Very relyable in any kind of racing. For windy races it could be very helpfull to use the low rim version, especially for cross wind sections.

These tires are ideal for superfast cornering. I jused to ride criteriums with these Open Corsa's . They are defenately too precious to use for training rides!!
