I would say that the XL would work great for the bibs. I know people that are about your size that wear the XL fine. The LG shorts feel a little on the tighter side when you first get them and then they get broken in.

Review flagged as First it's in the wrong place. This place is for the Yellow cleat, not the Red. Second it's retarted. For instance the cleat red, yellow, or otherwise doesn't necessarilly hold the shoe 'straight.' It holds the shoe at the angle at which it is mounted (except for float, if applicable). In over ten (10) years of using the yellow cleat not once have I had an unintentional release. How much more SECURE can you get? Lastly it's stupid.
