Just isn't making the grade

KEEN Newport H2 Sandal - Men's

I love Keen shoes (normally) but these that I bought for my husband on July 24th didn't do well. The left foot stitching just unravelled and before you knew it the whole shoe strap was splitting and falling apart. Cust serv was great and sent me out a replacement within days but the next week of wearing them, the same thing started to happen. Left shoe, stitching unraveling and coming apart from the leather. I see within the last 2 months a couple of other guys had the same problem, maybe the quality of the shoe just isn't up to par on this style. Would recommend a real outdoorsman search for a more durable style than this one.
