How cold would these be good for? i live in chicago where winter

How cold would these be good for? i live in chicago where winter temps fall well below zero accompanied by wind. i have a pair of the 09 cyclones that have worn out but worked solidly, but these look a little thinner. should i expect the same level of performance from these?
