I love these tights. I went running on a cold day and it rained/snowed for the last 3 miles of my run. My legs felt dry the whole time. When I was done I bent over to prop myself against my knees due to tiredness. My hands got soaked. The tights pulled the moisture away from my skin keeping me dry! I also love the way they hold my imperfect body together with less shaking ;). My knees don't ache after I run anymore.

I am fairly new at running (since April) and I am up to 8 miles

I am fairly new at running (since April) and I am up to 8 miles right now. By mile 4 my knees start to sting and don't stop until 1 hour after I am done. Right below my knee caps the skin has a puffy look. I am wondering if these tights will give me the support I need for my knees or if I should look towards something like the stabilyx tight?
