Finally got the chance to check out these boots this weekend in Mammoth Lakes, Ca. We got a day of rain followed by a 4-5' storm. The traction on these boots is ok. The roadways were slick as snot and I did feel the tread slip 4-5 times in a 20-30min walking period. Even plowing through slush and puddles my feet stayed very warm and dry. I ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly I normally wear a 8-8.5

Nice Warm Pant

Got these pants in an XL, but had to return and go with the Large. 5'9" 150lbs, these pants are super comfy and warm. Had a couple dozen days in them and they are very functional, though an adjustable waist would be nice. They have gotten a bit roomy around the waist. The elastic and button around the boot liner are nice and long and have held up well. After 5-6 hrs in very wet snow, the outer material did get a tad bit damp. The last few days here we have been pounded by wind and snow, and these pants have kept me very warm.

Happy and Warm!

Columbia i2o Turtleneck - Women's

I got this turtleneck in an XL, I'm 5'9", 165lbs. And it fits perfect. (Nice long arms, may be too long for some) It tapers in to my 29" inch waist well and, while at the same time sitting nicely on my wide 44" hips. I tried it out as a base layer skiing this weekend and if anything I was too warm! This would be a great spring skiing top with a vest. It has nice smooth outer layer and a soft fleece like lining throughout. After a long day skiing the top remained dry and orderless. I use the thumb holes till I get my jacket on then remove them if not needed. I'd order another if they weren't out of my size!

Are these suspenders just stuck to themselves with velcro as

Are these suspenders just stuck to themselves with velcro as the adjustment? When bending over, alpine, or backcountry skiing I can't image that the velcro wouldn't pull, make noise or become unattached. Not to mention the velcro sticking to certain base layer materials. For the price I would expect legitimately adjustable suspenders. But hard to see from the image if this is the case. Has anyone out there tried these pants?
