pretty, but not enough bust

I am constantly trying to find something small enough that has enough room/coverage for the chest. This was almost there! I am 5 feet tall, and with the xs the length of the straps was just right, length of the dress was just below the knee on me. The problem was, since it was all around so small, the top didn't leave enough room for bust! If you are smaller on top and small all around, this might work for you.
