Long lasting burn time but super bright. I haven't replaced the battery after 3 weeks in the mountains. What I'm really impressed with is the even lighting across the spectrum. Very little shadow as you're working with your hands in camp, which IS a bigger deal, because you hands never block out the light you need. Better light than every one else's I've seen all year long. Extremely pleased.

I use it for a school pack 80% of the time, and skiing 20%. Perfect volume in my opinion. It has enough space to put in some food, an extra layer, water bladder, and whatever else you can think of. But it's small enough that it isn't sagging over with extra space or getting caught on the lift. The laptop pocket doubles perfectly for bladder storage. It looks great and has all the straps you can think of. My only concern is the quality of the buckles, but I haven't had a problem with them yet. And I'm used to Osprey quality.I might use it as a peak ascent day pack next summer, since it has no frame and rolls up well.No complaints about the pack. Happy with the investment.

True to rating, and it won't scorch you on warmer summer nights. High quality material that's super comfy, "poofy", and puts me to sleep in minutes. The outer pocket is great for a watch for those early peak ascents. I have but one concern with this bag, and that's the zipper. It has a "catch free" zipper guard, but it got caught in the zipper when I wasn't being careful with it. Easy fix, and what zipper is completely catch free? Zipper length is nice to vent out your feet if needed. The collar wraps around well without suffocating you. It's roomy inside without excess. Stuff size and weight is very practical for the average backpacker. Completely in love with it. I don't plan on buying another bag for a very very long time.
