I purchased the GBW Fusion tights after crashing in my GBW Xenons. That crash ripped holes in the shin, knee and thigh.

The Fusion tights are reinforced in those
areas, so the next psycho driver who forces
me onto a sidewalk in the rain will not cost
me another $200.00.

Despite what the description claims, these
tights do NOT have zip-off legs. They have
two ankle zippers and one short zipper in the
front.

They are comfortable between 30 - 65
degrees F. The Windstopper membrane works great. An hour in the rain is not a problem.

the product. I have lots of GBW and the few minor problems I have had were taken care of
very quickly and well beyond my expectations.
Both companies have earned a long term customer.

This jersey is perfect. Pit zippers, excellent fit and easy to move around in. As advertised, the WindStopper membrane makes this jersey perfect for 40-68 degrees F rides without the need for a jacket. Cold wind is not an issue. I love it for those non-freezing morning commute rides when I want to work hard but not arrive at work in a lather. This jersey really breaths nicely. The fabric feels good and looks great. Not waterproof, but still great when rain is not a issue.

Also note, Gore Bike Wear is an excellent company, who honors their warranty without any hassles. I had a jersey zipper fail and they very quickly replaced the jersey with a new one.

I purchased this jacket in September, 2010 and have used it five days a week since November. It has easily handled anything Northern California winter could dish out, including cold & freezing rain. The lycra cuffs keep the heat in and the zipper sleeve bottoms do a good job of keeping this thing from becoming an oven. Between this jacket and a Gore Thermo Jersey, I am toasty no matter what the weather.

I don't know if my jacket is a newer design than Zach's because my iPhone 4, even with a bumper installed, fits in the right sleeve media pocket without any problems at all. Plenty of room. (Apparently they heard you Zach). The iPhone also fits within the left front breast pocket. Very happy with this jacket.

January 6, 2011, it was 32°F and extremely foggy. The air was wet and cold. Wearing the Pearl Izumi P.R.O. Bib Tights, I was comfortable and dry. I was not hot or toasty, but I was not cold or frozen. Even though the humidity was at 100% (fog, not rain), and I was averaging about 18 MPH, I was still dry.These tights wick moisture better than any other bibs I have. The fabric is excellent and feels good against the skin.The P.R.O. bib tights are slightly warmer than the Pearl Izumi Elite bib tights. They are also a little warmer than the Gore Bike Wear Xenon SO bib tights.Unfortunately, they do not quite fit me. I have the Pearl Izumi Elite Bib Tights XL (which fit) and the Pearl Izumi P.R.O. bib tights XL are larger (baggy in the knee and loose in the thigh and waist). Unless you need the length, you may want to consider going down a size when ordering.

I have been using these tights five days a week since October. Not too warm for 60 degree F rides and still comfortable and dry in 38 degree F with rain. The zippers on the legs make getting in and out of them easy. The fit is perfect and if you have big cycling thighs, these are the ticket. Even though they are optimal when on the bike in a riding postion, I never have that diaper feel when standing.I wash them 5 times a week (hang dry) and they still look and feel new. I also have Gore Bike Wear Xenon bib tights (also great) but these cost $100.00 less and still do a really good job blocking the wind and rain.
