Sheds feathers like it is doing it on purpose

Isis Slipstream Down Jacket - Women's

I really like the weight, shape, and style of this jacket. However, it sheds feathers horribly. I called Isis about it and they said it would happen at first, they recommended I wash it, which I have done numerous times. I have had it for over a year now and it still constantly sheds feathers. When I have been wearing it in the car and get out, a cloud of feathers fly around. I really don't like that about this jacket. When I am active in the jacket, the feathers just pour out. Really frustrating, I would not recommend it because of this.
