Confusing sizing!

CW-X Performx Tight - Women's

The only thing that got me sad about this product is it's sizing. After reading million reviews posted here, I finally settled on a small size. I'm 5'4'' 130 lb and the tights are a bit loose in a knee area. The problem is that I wanted an extra support for my left knee after my ACL reconstruction. Unfortunately, I took off the tag already, because I assumed they will fit, so now I'm stuck with the small size and have to purchase an Xsmall to get the desired support.
