I had the Flow Pro 11 and was looking for something lighter, so I purchased the Team bindings. I was impressed with its weight and responsive. In terms of adjustments, you have to do it at home, as other people suggested. You'll need extra screw drivers since the usual 5-piece tool kit will not suffice. I find it easy to remove the hardware but fairly time consuming to make adjustments because the bindings are very customizable - with 6 positions for the highback, 5 for the powerstrap and 4 for the cable, micro-adjustment for the highback angle. I supposed this is a good thing because high-end bindings have more adjustments. Two things that you need to be aware of: (1) Unlike other Flow bindings, the Team highback cannot lock itself in the upright position without your boot in the binding. You'll be kicking the highback while you're queuing at the lineup. An easy fix is to tighten the nuts. Not a big deal. (2) I wish there are retaining e-clips for the nuts at the highback (like all other Flow bindings). One of the nuts was getting loose during my 1st use. A more serious issue, but same solution - tightened the nuts. It appeared fine after my 2nd use. Overall a significant improvement over the good old heavy Flow bindings. If you like the Flow system and don't mind spending extra bucks for lighter weight, the Team binding would be a good choice.
