I understand this jacket's intended use is more for standing still in very cold weather but wondering whether it permits some aerobic activity for instance on summit day in the early hours of morning? Would it permit limited breathability for when your chilled to the bone and on the move?

Lastly, I'm 6"2 and 205lbs and will wear this over (up to 3) other layers. What size would suit best?
