I'm curious to know if this little gem can be worn in the

Contour ContourHD Wearable Camcorder

I'm curious to know if this little gem can be worn in the water as in surfing with it on a helmet or hang it around your neck, but wouldn't want to get shocked from the battery. Or if you wipe out and go under the water would that be a problem? Thanks
