I so want the pace glove but I can't try them on anywhere in Adelaide. I am afraid to get the wrong size as it is really expensive to have to send them back to the US from Australia! Can someone give me a good idea about size! I have a hiking boot from Mammuth, US size 7.5.
Over here I wear shoe size 8 to 8.5, in Europe, I'd buy shoe size 38.5 to 39. HELP!!

Only the soonto but it got bad reviews because of its weak band. I am looking for one which isn't going to 'take over' my wrist and sits there heavily...any suggestions?

If you can get these boots do so quick!!! Unfortunately, backcountry didn't have my size any more and I went to a local outdoor shop to get them and paid -even with a discount and on sale - almost $400! I only have taken them out a few times for 2 hour walks in steep and rocky terrain, they felt great from the beginning. What impressed me was the sole; in wet conditions they had a good grip on slippery gravel downhill. They look smashing and feel light. I wore them with light socks and with thick socks, not a sign of blister (ok, maybe haven't walked enough) In four weeks they'll be put to the test but I know already they'll be great and my joints will be laughing! By the way, I had to return a pair too big and backcountry quickly reimbursed me! Thanks folks, love your website and your great online service and your prices rock!

I'd like to hear some ladies' comments on this pack. I have seen the Osprey Ariel and liked it. This pack sounds better as you can fit it more to your own shape. I need one pretty soon (have to say good bye to mine after 23 years :() and can't make up my mind. Can someone help me out? Thanks!

When I go on 2 day trips, I usually carry a maximum of 14kg (approx 30lbs). I'm a good packer though and this includes clothes for rain, tent, cooking staff, shoes for camp, mat, sleeping bag, food (not dried) and a minimum of 5 liters of water (over here in Australia a must)
