This is a nice piece of kit for those looking for a GENUINELY waterproof (and breathable) cycling jacket. Sleeve and tail length is well thought-out, but I'd emphasise the close-fitting structure makes this a road-only piece. You simply won't be able to fit multiple or thick layers underneath and have a close fit - it's one or the other for this jacket. Fit is consistent with all other Gore BW products (i.e. slim but true to size).

Everyone's different but I found the jacket to be pretty much the same "fit" as other MHW jackets. Iit's certainly not an athletic fit. I would be inclined to go with the same size as you have in other MHW OUTERwear.

Good jacket - could have been much better

Conduit coating over 800+ loft down insulation? What a great concept! But I think MHW have let themselves down (no pun intended) a little bit.

The fit of the jacket per se is okay - no less/more bulky than other MHW jackets I own. The hood is problematic - make no mistake. It really is big, which while great for wearing over a helmet, it lacks sufficient "adjustability" to be practical.

It is is warm, but keep in mind there's not a lot of down in there and you'll have to make up for that with an extra mid-layer in realy cold weather.

I like it...but I don't love it. The concept is perfect - add in more adjustability (especially in the hood), double the down fill...and the reality would be perfect too.

Great headlamp - features and performance

This is an awesome bit of kit. 100 lumens is sufficeint for just about anything you'll encounter, but the ability to dim all the light settings is a standout feature.

The button lock-out is great - I thought it unnecessary, but when it's crammed into a pack, it's amazing how easily the light will turn on without it.

Negatives? Nothing of signficance other than I think the quality of the white broad LED beam could have been better - it seems to have a dark spot in the middle.
