Great jacket, but need shorter sleeves in a Petite

I love this jacket. It is so great to have it again. I had it a while ago, and then I received this recently for a Christmas gift. It fits well in all areas, except the sleeves are way too long, about 3-4 inches too long. I cannot wash my hands with it on, without the sleeves getting very wet. This is a simple solution for most brand managers: a Petite line... Very profitable, I imagine, since most women I know have this problem with their clothes, sleeves and pant legs too long for us 5'4" gals.
