nice jacket but arms to short

Norrøna Lyngen Lightweight Down Jacket - Men's

I am 6'6'' 240 pouds and it seems that I need XXL with Norrona! This jacket is thight around my body but unfortunately the arms are about 1/2 inch to short. Just want to thank backcountry for his excellent customer service - you get more than you expect - many european companies could learn from you - thumbs up for your service!

Norrøna Lyngen Down Jacket - Men's

Hi there

I am 6.6 and 240 pounds and the xxl fits perfectly. I like the jacket but it has 2 major design problems. The material at the forearms should be reenforced after 3 weekends of heavy use I was having little holes in the fabric just from friction. Generally this jacket looses down every time I was stepping of my car I could see them laying on the car seat.

The product is not bad but needs to be improved. Hope somebody from Norrona reads the comment.
