I am 6'0 about 170 and wondering what size to get. I want it to be long enough that if I raise my arms up all the way it still covers me fully. Haha. It just bothers me when jackets are short. But then I don't want it to be too roomy...I'm in good shape. So should I get a medium or large? Also, I live in Portland so it's not too cold but not warm often. I'd want to wear this on top of a sweatshirt so it's waterproof...Would this be a good jacket for that?
