Far too often companies get ripped for not doing what they said they would, or customer service not being up to par. I know because I have been a victim of poor service far too many times. Let me just take the time to say GREAT JOB Back Country! You guys provided a great coat with great service at a comparable price. I would buy from this website anytime. Anytime at all. Thanks
