Just got the white one in the mail this morning and wore it to work (biz casual, anyone?). I LOVE it! It is incredibly soft and warm and looks really nice. It's a much more "subtle" fleece. The collar is too wide to pop (not that I would but hey) - it sits up nicely. It is sooo long, which is awesome. I am 6' and 160lbs and the medium was perfect for me. Saying that, I do have a 6' wing span and the sleeves are the perfect length. I would recommend this for any tall girl. The shirt is doing double duty and going under my jacket tomorrow when I go night boarding...can't wait to see how this "DryRide" technology works to get rid of the sweat.
