Hey Guys! Does the bottom of this coat stretch (at the zipper)

Hey Guys! Does the bottom of this coat stretch (at the zipper) or is it fitted at the bottom like the Denali?! My husband couldn't stand the Denali because it was tight at the bottom but blousy once zipped! PLEASE HELP!
