My boyfriend is 6'5'', 195 lbs and I'm not sure

My boyfriend is 6'5'', 195 lbs and I'm not sure if I should get the Large or XL for him. He's thin, so I don't want the XL to be too big in the waste and don't want the Large to not be long enough...does anyone know if the Large would maybe be long enough?
