Style: Two words, BIT CHIN.
Warmth: My toes stayed warm and dry. There was a little sweat and chill at midday but a brief rest fixed this.
Stiffness: Sole is plenty stiff allowing for good board feel and easy transfer between edges.
Flexibility: I would not take them on a 5k run but if you need to job across the lodge to be first in the pizza line, these boots offer plenty of flexibility and comfort.
Fit to foot/ankle: Nice fit. Hugs the ankle and helps to hold heel of foot down into boot.
Lacing system: Standard lacing. Works well. The extra velco strip at the top of the liner is also nice little extra but I would not let this be a big factor in whether or not I chose to pick up the boot.
Tongue/foot opening:EXTREMELY easy entrance/exit.
Weight: Compared to the MOTO (my previous boot) it is a lighter boot. Not significant, but if you juggle the two side by side, the weight difference is noticable.
Given the chance I would buy the same boot again.
