Mountain Hardwear Hardwear Hat

September 5, 2011

Hi, Does this hat have elastic in the headband? One review seems to suggest this. Also, I have a large volume head and wonder if the hat is well suited to me. For reference, my current favorite is Northface nylon from REI.

Sizing is much too small

These were XL, I am 6' 180 lbs and I had to return them or give up breathing or bending my legs. I went with the Giordana and love them.

Sizing for the skinny world

Sugoi RS Bib Knicker - Men's

Sugoi RS Bib Knicker - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 April 3, 2011

These seem like decent enough knickers but they are sized too small. I am 6' and 180 lbs, fairly thick torso and legs but my wife still thinks I am too skinny. With enough work, I could get these guys on, but the thought of actually bending my knees with them was not a happy one. Be really skinny or be disappointed.

Descente Coldout Bib Knicker - Men's

Descent makes great gear, but the sizing runs so small that I can never tell for sure. These knickers were not exception and I had to return the L with no chance to try an XL because there are out of stock. I am 6" 180 lbs with a pretty thick mid section. My legs are fairly big but I do not look like Mario C. I am starting to think that XXL is what I would need to get the space I need, and then these knickers could be full length tights (-: Get real Descent and get honest with the sizing.

MontBell U.L. Spiral Hugger #1 Down Sleeping Bag: 15 Degree Down

February 15, 2010

HI,

Anyone out there tried this, especially someone how could compare it to the Montbell Stretch Hugger #2? I wonder about temperature rating and about stretch and roominess.

I am looking for two wide, light bags that could zip together. I don't want Big Agnes because am not interested in the integrated mat sleeve.

Thanks,
Rob
