Wore these skiing in windy 10 degree weather. With handwarmers zipped into the pockets they kept the hands warm for several hours before they started to feel cold. I suppose that's the best I could hope for given the reasonable price. The liners were real nice.

FYI if you want to use handwarmers, consider buying a size larger. They were on the tight side, which I don't mind, because I don't like my mitts to slide around much, but if tight bothers you, buy a size up.
