How many stars you give it depends on how you use it. Abrasion resistence is the trade off for it's light weight. I wanted something light, roomy and very water resistent. And it's those things, but you can't' drag it on concrete with something heavy and hard in it. It's great for keeping your gear dry while camping and canoeing but it's not going to stand up to abuse like a north face duffel.
