Burton AK Continuum Fuse Jacket - Men's

I originally purchased the 2005 continuum fuse. The features, the fit, and the materials all worked really well.
Unfortunately after only a few weeks of use the jacket started falling apart. Since the whole jacket is welded and practically void of stitches the edges of the fabric are a lot more exposed than on a sewn jacket. This led to lots of fraying, with actual holes appearing in the armpits. That, along with a few other problems, led to me contacting Burton for a replacement.
Burton replaced the jacket with the 2006 model without hassle (kudos to burton for good customer service).
Now, a few weeks of use later, the 2006 model has suffered the same fate. Right now I'm in the midst of getting a replacement for it too. This time i sure as h*ll won't be going for a stitchless design. AK Gore here i come..
To sum it up, a great jacket with new tech which doesn't work in practice.
