Great vest!

Columbia Alpino II Reversible Down Vest - Men's

This vest is, typically for down, light weight and warm. Very cozy! I'm 6'0" and 180lbs and the L fits quite well--fitted in the torso without be constricting, and long enough. The reversible feature is kinda nice, but due to zippers, etc. you can tell this vest was not REALLY meant to be reversed--it looks awkward with the lighter color out. Regardless, this is a great, cozy, warm vest. Columbia may not be considered as high end as ArcTeryx or some other brands, but this is a well made, well fitting vest.

Norrøna Lofoten Warm 2 Fleece Jacket - Men's

The green is much greener than it appears on my computer...it is a very bright green. This jacket is VERY warm and is quite fitted--I'm 6'0" and 180lbs and the M is long enough in torso and sleeves, and fits around my truck snugly but comfortably. Because the fabric has such an open structure, this would not make a good top layer, but since the fabric slides well under other layers (even fleece!) it makes an excellent bottom layer. On the down side, because the fabric has such an open structure, I'm dubious that it will last every long. I'm hoping it proves to be sturdier than it feels....given it a 5 rating assuming it holds up well.
