This jacket is very light. I had a chance to test it out at an outdoor halloween party where temperature was 39 degrees. The jacket is very warm considering how light and thin it is. All I had underneath was a long sleeve capilene medium weight. I am 5'9" 170 lbs with 39" chest. I bought a medium and fits very well. Not too big or small. Definitely cut a bit larger than than the Atom Lt. Not as slim fitting. A large would have been too big.
