They are actually super comfortable. I know they look like hard plastic on the picture but they are actually silicon and super soft and squishy. They adjust like most headphones, pull the speaker away from the band and it will extend.

So my question is... can someone that has owned these for over atleast 3 months comment on them and give a little light to the people actually looking for quality headphones that don't blowout or break after 3 months of actually not 30 min a day but 3 or more hours a day of listening?
Or am i seriously the only person ever to have a crappy experience with EVERY Skullcandy headphones i have own? and trust me i have owned all of skull candy product but the agents and double agents

Skullcandy Ti Stereo Headphones
March 10, 2010
Can anyone actually comment on these that didn't just buy them out of the box? I mean honestly. i have owned these headphones and blew them out in 3 months. I too was like "These are so sick and the sound is so awesome and i dont know anything about real headphones except that these are expensive and look cool so they have to be great" I bet most of these 5 star comments are people that jsut opened the package less then a month... na less then a week after they bought them. I know some people get lucky and have a good time with skullcandy headphoens but i find that sooooooo rare with people that actually listen to music as a way of life. I listen to music everyday for 4 hours at a min. and on a snowboarding day probably 10 hours.

dont get either man skullcandy is overated. Seriously... people like them cause they think they are underground which they arent anymore btw. and they buy them cause they look cool. QUALITY OVER STYLE PEOPLE... Suffering for fashion is one thing i agree with but not when it comes to headphones. I HIGHLY suggest checking out the Aerial7 tank headphones. Same price with a 57 mm driver for even more bass than these... 40 mm standard "going to blow out after 3 months of use" headphones. And i personally think the aerial7s look steezy as hell.

WeSC Bongo Headphones
February 24, 2010
From a person who has used both products i highly suggest the WeSC Bongos. They last way longer, easier to ride with, way more durible, and the sound quality is fairly great for the price. The only thing that skullcandy has going for them at all is their return policy. They have a life time warrenty and are free to replace (besides postage stamp) if it is a techniqual issue. 50% off it you broke them. That really beats anything for me because i listen to music for a least 5 hrs a day through headphones and i blow out speakers everyother day it feels like. BUT unless you really want your warrent, like calling them up and giving them detailed instructions (cause they don't respond to emails anymore unless its your first time using the warrenty) then the warrenty isn't worth it. To much time and effort for me (I have better things to do then listen to skullcandy over the phone instead listening to their headphones)
MY point is, Bongos out of the two unless dealing with warrenty people isnt an issue for you.

Spy Omega Goggles
December 10, 2009
What doesn't look good on a girl? =)
From a guys perspective... I go by the vibe things give off and to me, These would give off the vibe that your pretty good, can hang out in the park without any problems though your still learning to do some more advance stuff, and that you also hit groomers and powder from time to time. They don't give off the vibe of Hot, Cute, or Snowbunny. There to flashy to be cute, Beanie + Goggle combo really gives off "Ive got skill" Vibe and there is no way this a snowbunny goggle. Im not sure how to girls look HOT in snowboarding gear though... Maybe riding in a bikini?
Any way that is my opinion.
Not sure what your go for vibe wise with your goggles but good luck finding the ones that fit your personality =)

WeSC Maraca Headphones DO NOT USE
December 6, 2009
I havent use these personally but i have used the skullcrushers and hated them. They are nice for the first week or two but they are very easily brake able and that is no bueno. Plus i personally am not into that much base, i don't need my head vibrating all the time. BUT these don't have the skullcandy warrenty and if the DF.com rep is tellin the truth (which im not sure why he would lie), these have the same problem with a side going out (it is usually left with all head phones, im not sure y but it has been true with all my headphones).
SO in the end, IF you want ALOT of base and free headphones for life (except postage), go with the skullcandy skullcrushers
IF you want a clearer sounding headphone (Personal opinion from what i have heard from WeSC other products), but risk of having no warrenty for life, Go with these.

December 6, 2009
I am sorry but it really is one or the other =). I ride with dragons dx goggles ionized and they arent as mirrored as i hoped. If your standing around in the park or taking a run no one will know they arent fully mirrored but if your standing in the lift line and someone wants to check themselves out in your goggles they will be able to see themselves but they will also be able to your eyes if they look for them.
And no they arent good for night riding unless you are getting the powder/pink ionized ones.

Skullcandy Icon Soft Headphones
December 3, 2009
personally i think Erik Wilson is a rare case. (Sorry) I also recommened staying away from Skullcandy if you want a pair of headphones that will last. I own skullcandys for the sole fact of the lifetime warrenty. If they didn't have that I would have switched brands ages ago. I replace my skullcandies about once every 2-3 months for free and have never had a problem getting a hold of the warrenty people. But if you are looking for sometihng that lasts, go with a more mainstream brand like Sony (never ever phillips! they suck). They may not be as stylish but they are much better

Burton Cartel Snowboard Binding - 09/10
November 23, 2009
I have only heard good thing from both bindings. I personally Own union forces and love them! I have never actually owned Cartels but i have owned the triads which are pretty simliar. I hated them. The toe strap keeping unscrewing, the adjuster for the high back ripped through the plastic and is unusable anymore and the strap would some times get stuck in the clicker. I don't know if its the same for the cartels but if it is go with the forces.
I havent had any problems with the forces yet. They feel super light and have loved them for the little riding i have done so far.
let see....I would get a large in the cartels if you have a wide board or a medium if you just have a regular freestyle board.
A L/XL for the unions bindings

November 20, 2009
"A MODERN STYLED CYLINDRICAL GOGGLE THAT FITS MOST FACES." SPYOPTIC.com
That means that the peripheral on these is average with other goggles because cylindrical is kind of the industry standard for all goggles (least in the past).
If your looking for more peripheral, like you can't even see the goggles you are wearing, I would suggest looking for Spherical Lenses, ELECTRIC EG1s or EG2, and from spy APOLLO, SOLDIER, BIAS. I acctually haven't riden with Spy's since I was a little grom, SO hopefully i gearhead will stop by here and give you more help.
Till then, Hope this helps.

VonZipper Dojo Goggle
November 19, 2009
These will definitly fit a big head (I should know, I have a giant head).
And it should fit over (if you in fact do ride with) your helmet, unless it is so big it doubles your head, in that case i suggest buying a new helmet.
But YES, these will fit a bigger head
PS, these have the elastic plastic (i dunno what it is called)on the strap which makes it a great for keep them in place once you get them on your head but a GIANT PAIN to adjust the size on the go. So make sure you adjust it inside when you have time, cause it is a pain when your hands are freezing outside and your trying to adjust it from beanie size to helmet size but you just can't seem to do it CAUSE ITS JUST SO DAMN COLD.

Electric EG2 Lens
November 18, 2009
Notta one. Sorry amigo. These don't even come close to fire lenses. As sick as electric is, I would suggest a different brand if your are looking for goggles with replacment lenses that come in fire. Oakley obviously, but VZ does a good job too. If you are looking for that mirror effect, none of these do that either. BUT if you have to get one that looks like it, Yello/silver chrome, imho, is the the closest in a race it doesn't even qualify for. Seriously

Electric EGK Goggle
November 18, 2009
This goggle was made for you! I have a giant head/face and know for a fact... these don't fit me ='( Why do all the cool frames have to be for smaller faces? I suggest these for smaller faces and for looking steeze on the mountain. If you are looking for a frame with more prefireal (cant spell sorry) But will have a bigger frame, anything with a "s" at the end of it means its spherical.
In the end those these are great for you! Hope you rock them well!
(As always recommended though, goggles are expensive, important, equipment. I would go check out a local snowboard shop and try on different type and different brands to make sure you absolutly love what you are buying. "If you buy gear that gets you stoked, you'll be stoked to ride')

Bronze chrome or just bronze?
Either way those would be perfect for midday riding. Bronze lenses do suck around closing time cause the flight light is pretty bad (just a heads up) BUT What is one hour of discomfort compared to all day of looking good?
Bronze will let in more light then Bronze chrome but wont be reflective.
(I am sorry if i didnt make it clear. You can also go to (I couldnt find it on the Spyoptical.com site) )http://www.electricvisual.com/goggle-technical-information/
That is a great place to show what lense colors go great with what type of situation
It tells you about VLT (Visual Light transmittance) And gives all the right information about picking out the lense color your looking for
Hope that helps

Coal Frena Solid Beanie
November 12, 2009
yes it will. welll... Maybe it wont for you since there will be some bunching at the top. Im Not sure how big this beanie is on a small head, i personally have a gigantic head and it fit under my gigantic helmet... but since my head is so big, the beanie doesnt bunch at the top much, for a smaller head... I would try it (you can always return it if u buy it off dogfunk) But my gues.. Yes but it will either have bunching of the at the top between the helmet and the beanie, or the beanie will almost be pulled down over your eyes
I would personally look for a smaller beanie.

But i am sure that your local snowboard shop carries extras and we'll replace them for free if they do. (The BC surf and sport, The Click, and Satallite havee alldone that for bindings for me that i didnt even buy there) the snowboard community is awesome when it comes to helping out.

Nope. These bindings are stiffer and ment for all mountain casual riding. You want a binding with a softer flex that will help you get all buttery smooth to impress the strangers and snow bunnies that you will probably never see again =). (plus they are heavier which is no bueno in the parko)

Burton Custom Snowboard Binding - 09/10
November 5, 2009
That would look sick for sure!
And yes bindings are super important! crappy bindings make for a crappy day. If you are riding 40 or less days though these would be perfect for you in my opinion. But if you ride hard and often, it is worth the extra bucks to upgrade and get a binding that will last and take the punishment you dish out. I own burton triads and even though they are more expensive, they sucked.. tow strap fell off, screws (including base plates) came loose all the time and the metal that kept my binding at a lean tore through the plastic and is no permentally set on the no lean.
My point is that bindings are important and expensive isnt always better either.
In the end, If you are more of a casual rider these would be perfect for you. If you are a park junky, upgrade
(Read the other comment too. It is spot on)

I have no idea if your asking for dudes or dudettes but... i am a dude i wear a size 12 and have the L/XL size and that is perfect for me. If your a dude i would go with the L/XL n o question. If your a girl I would try the M/L first cause you can costumize it like all bindings to have the toe strap longer. (But obviously i recommend going to your local snowboard shop first (bring a boot and ask for a M/L and a L/XL in the color you want and see which fits better)
This bindings has been doing well for the few days i have riden on it and strongly recommend it too.

Never Summer Legacy-R Snowboard

Is this the board for me?
I wear an 11-12 size shoe depending on the brand. Would I want a wide board like the legacy? Are there also other boards I should be looking at that are all mountain boards that are wide? I just moved to Steamboat so i would like A board that can handle beginner back country and intermidate park riding (can handle switch 540's and reg 720's off mid-sized jumps, butters on boxes and boardslides and presses on hand rails)Is this the board for me?

I was just wondering...
Are the love in frames with the pink smoke a girls frame? Cause personally I think they look awesome but I really don't want to have that awkward conversation on the hill with random girls that say, (awsuming that the are tourists) "LIKE! OMG we have the same goggles! Aren't they just the cutests?" Then I would be thinking... "Man this is super awkward... why does this tourist/poser/newbie have the same frames as me?" Don't get me wrong, I don't h8 random tourist girls, I just don't want my friends baggin on me all day (yes they r that mean and shallow)
Oh and are the feenoms in general a super popular goggle? I see that everyone loves them but i don't want to buy a pair then find out everyone has the same thing. I wanted to buy VZ cause it seemed a little more low-key then Oakley, Smith, Dragon and so on. (obviously I'm super-ficial... I know the specs rock & i should care about that..but I can't help wanting to stand out too)
Thanks for the help
