The poles fit into the grommets on both the footprint and the tent body then the fly gets buckled into the footprint or the tent body depending on which setup your going with.

Nice Layer

Mountain Hardwear Super Power 1/2 Zip Top - Men's

Mountain Hardwear Super Power 1/2 Zip Top - Men's

Rating for this product: 4 January 18, 2012

I have a large and am 5'11" 180ish. It fits loose inj the neck and long on the arms. I dont plan on using it for anything other than around town or at work even so the neck fit isnt an issue. I assume the arms are built long for the thumb hole to work properly so that isn't an issue either. It is alittle short in the torso, especialy when I lift my arms. But overall its a great outer jacket or inner layer!

Good look, bad size

Mountain Hardwear Cordoba Pant - Men's

Mountain Hardwear Cordoba Pant - Men's

Rating for this product: 3 January 3, 2012

I ordered these pants the other day and just sent them back. The 34 was way too small and i normally wear a 32-34. Good fabric though, felt sturdy. The only other issue is that it has no belt loops on the left side. Shoult be a problem as it has a built in belt but I like to wear belts sometimes just for fun so I don't think I'll get the same pants.

Awesome Bag

Mountain Hardwear Lamina 35 Sleeping Bag: 35 Degree Synthetic

Mountain Hardwear Lamina 35 Sleeping Bag: 35 Degree Synthetic

Rating for this product: 4 January 3, 2012

I love this bag. I have used it for a summer leading backpacking, climbing and whietwater canoeing trips in Northern Wisconsin including a few 30 degree nights on Isle Royale. It kept me perfectly warm with only a base layer and beanie.

I am now using it on canoeing expeditions all over the South East. I use it unzipped as a cover most nights down here. Packs smal enough to fit inside my smaller drybags or placed into my cook pots on back packing trips.

The zipper does stick a little which can get pretty annoying at 2 am when nature calls. Thats really the only bad thing i have to say about it though. MH always makes good gear

The North Face El Lobo 65 Backpack - 3480cu in

The North Face El Lobo 65 Backpack - 3480cu in

Rating for this product: 2 November 11, 2009

I bought this for my first pack. I like to get quality gear right off the bat. I figured that NF was a top quality brand and it's be a safe bet. Not so much. First day i had it, i was packing my gear to see how it would all fit and a zipper pulled off the sleping bag compartment. Another zipper pulled off the brain on my second trip out with it. Not a big deal but for two trips its kinda aggrivating. The really bad news is the frame is starting to wear through the mesh stuff on the back of the pack. For only having it out for a total of 8 days, its not holding up like i hoped it would. maybe i got a lemon but I dont think ill get another NF pack anytime soon.
