I ordered the N.Face Crescent Sunshine Hooded Sweatshirt. The first one that I received was not like the one pictured. The seller informed me that I received a defective sweatshirt and I was told to mail it back via UPS. I was sent a replacement and it was also not like the one that was pictured. Both were missing the thumbholes and the logo was located on the sleeve as opposed to the upper chest. After contacting four sales representatives, they were finally able to tell me that they did not, in fact, have the one that is displayed on the website. I was told to mail the second sweatshirt back and my money would be refunded. I offered to keep the defective sweatshirt if it could be discounted, but I was told that this was against store policy. I am dissatisfied with the transaction because I really like the sweatshirt and was looking forward to wearing it. I tried my defective sweatshirts on and it is comfortable and warm. The sizes run small. I initially ordered a medium and had to upsize to a large in order for it to fit comfortably. PS two of the sales reps out of the four tried to help...
