Weak battery cover

Princeton Tec Fuel 4 Headlamp

Well, I had two and both of them broke in the same manner, after a single 3 foot drop onto a hard surface. I had them for a few hours of actual use. The rest of the lamp looks unscratched but the door hinge broke (very small and thin plastic). I have other lamps that survived much worse with ease. The battery cover is the weakest point by far and it does not take much to break it. There are better options for the same money. (And I got them from SAC for half off).
