If I had to pick one pair of shoes to wear every day, it would be these shoes. They simply do not get in the way. They are comfortable, flexible, supportive, lightweight, and cute. Living in the Northwest, I have never once had my feet get wet wearing these shoes in the rain and snow (which is saying something)! My roommate and I both own a pair and practically live in them. I have absolutely no complaints about these shoes, they are wonderful!

I ordinarily wear a size 8- and bought my first Chacos in a size eight about two years ago. I wore them on and off, but never felt super stable in them. I wore them hiking occasionally, but found that the back heel strap was not cupping my heel at all! The back heel strap is the only strap that isn't adjustable, fancy that. Just a few months ago I managed to snag a pair of size 7 chacos WITH Stealth rubber out soles -they discontinued them when they sold out to Wolverine Workwear- and they have been WONDERFUL! If you want more stability and are unsure of sizing or in between sizes, I would err on the side sizing down. For me, having a supportive heel strap made the difference between a so-so sandal and the rave reviews you hear from people.

This jacket is kind of peculiar. The fabric is essentially a knit wool BLEND (not 100% wool) bonded to a thin microfleece backing. It's really warm, but also very stiff. I got a size small and still felt like I was rattling around somewhere inside the bulk. There is no way to comfortably wear a shell over this jacket. The hood is HUGE. Huge. The sleeves were far too long for me, but then again my arm span is -2. I ended up returning this because I just couldn't wear it practically or comfortably. That being said- I got a fair number of compliments wearing it and found it visually attractive.

I so wanted these to work for me. I've been on the hunt for the perfect pair of comfortable wool long underwear for ages! Everything was wonderful about these ones aside from the waist band. I'm 5'5, 120bls with a fairly narrow waist, but the elastic was much too tight for my liking. That being said, I'm fussy about those types of things. They are very high-waisted and sat at my true waist, just a little too tight. Otherwise the fit was great- not too tight on the legs, but fitted enough to layer easily.

I have a really hard time finding swim suit tops- people just don't seem to make them in proportions anything akin to my own (32DD). With this in mind, I thought that maybe getting a XL would cover the bust, while I could adjust the tightness with the tie-straps. Good idea, right?! Not so much. The supportive bits of the top ended up almost on my back because I had to pull it so far in order to tighten it. It's very cute, and I love the twist in the front, but it's just simply not made for my body type. The removable halter strap is great for giving a little more support, but it ended up in my armpits. That being said- it'll be great for sunbathing, but there's no way that I could swim in it.

If you're petite or less busty, go for it! The fabric is wonderful and the design is smart and fun. Just didn't work for me.

This is a great, warm sweater! It's very soft and I really like how thick the boiled wool is. The collar makes layering a little challenging- you have to make sure it gets tucked down under your upper layer, but it is fitted! It's warm, can be quite dressy if you'd like, and is certainly flattering. Plus it's on sale :)
