So far this jacket exceeds my expections in terms of construction and functionality. The amount of pockets and types of pockets are a gadgeteer's dream. I love taking my MP3 skiing so the headphone port in between the shell and vest is great. With the wires being between layers they won't get stuck or caught up on anything. I love the microfiber pocket for my goggles too. The construction is solid and it's pretty lightweight. I've yet to actually get it in the snow hence the 4 instead of 5, but as soon as I can hit the slopes will when I'll get the ultimate test. So far I love it.
