But it will show the dirt. Of course it will! That's what your washing machine is for! Cycling in 80 degrees+ in a black or dark jersey isn't sexy. The white jersey makes you look crisp and fresh, not red faced and huffing. Besides, the absense of dogs, beer adverts, or girly script will create an air of refinement, even when you finish that climb and contemplate vomiting on your shoes. Your gold chains and chest hair will be slightly visible through the jersey, however.

Esthetics aside, the material is basic polyester, but woven nicely and it does it's job. The 3/4 zip is not for everyone. It can be difficult getting jersey off when you are a sweat ball. Just to help others with sizing, I'm 5'10 and 155 and the medium fits perfect. Wide enough in the shoulders but narrow enough in the waist.
