686 ACC Empire Insulated Jacket - Women's

This is a sweet-looking coat but I had to send the first one back and order a size larger than normal and it's STILL sort of tight across the hips. But there are lots of cool little pockets and it's warm as toast AND a great deal so I guess I'm going to try it out. I am 5'6" and 135 lbs and almost always a M. I got an L in this jacket.
