I bought this jacket and love it, but need to shorten the sleeves - and all the seams are welded... Any suggestions on a technique for hemming??? Thanks...

How is the size on this jacket running? I'm usually a small to medium women's top, but when I ordered a Stoic jacket for my husband, we had to return it because it fit, but without anything underneath it. He is always a medium, and the medium didn't work. Thanks!
