Poor Quality; worse customer service

Suunto t3d Heart Rate Monitor with Dual Comfort Belt

This watch has been trouble since I've had it (about a year). It finally died in the middle of a swim because the seal broke and it became saturated with water. I assumed I could have the warranty cover it, but I sent it in for repair over a month ago and they say they haven't even been able to look at it because of a high call volume. i guess if they made better watches they would'nt have a 2 month backlog for repairs. it seems as though I'm not the only one who's watch has crapped out on them. Consider yourself warned...NEVER BUY SUUNTO.
