How does the sizing on these work--what is the Mx32 vs. the Mx30?

How does the sizing on these work--what is the Mx32 vs. the Mx30? I usually wear around 33-34 inch waist, 30-31 inch inseam or so. Thanks!

Excellent Shoe

Vasque Mantra Hiking Shoe - Men's

They fit me well and feel great all day long. Very comfy and breathable with great grip. I don't pronate at all and it is hard to find shoes without a high arch support. These are pretty neutral. They also do run a little more narrow, which fits me great. I highly recommend these shoes for light hikes or around town. They also keep my feet warm with light wool socks down to 30's.
