I ordered this jacket and eagerly awaited its arrival for about 2 weeks. When the jacket came I tried it on and was super excited because it fits very well. Unfortunately, I went upstairs for about ten minutes and when I came back down my small dog had pulled the jacket off the dining room table and chewed a hole in it big enough to pit your head through. I was horrified and afraid that I was out $100, but luckily I called the customer service number and was shocked to learn that backcountry.com is replacing my jacket! Not only that, but Ben (cust. service rep on the phone) was amazing and very nice. Backcountry isn't even making me wait to get the new jacket- they immediately shipped the new one (3 day!) and in the mean time i have 10 days to send the chewed one back. I can't believe how lucky I am to have chosen backcountry for this purchase.
