Kelty Meadow Kid Carrier

The price is right on this one. Backcountry.com was by far the best place to purchase when I researched this carrier. The carrier itself is a nice item. We've used it to go to the zoo and the beach. The little backpack that zips into it is nice for storage. My husband is 6' and I'm 5' and this carrier fits us both. Our 9 month old daughter loves it and we've been using it for about a month. If you're doing serious backpacking I suppose you might want to upgrade to one of the higher models but if you're interested in a pack that's perfect for outings of a few hours or less on cleared trails I don't think you'd need more than this.
