Not really the best goggles for a helmet, they're pretty tall. If you want something more helmet compatible, I would go with the eg.5s or the eg2.5

yellow is def the best for low/flat light, snowing, overcast, etc. I dont think it would be the best for night riding though, if you have the money to spend get the clear lens for nights.

Electric EG.5s Goggle

These goggles are excellent! I got the gloss white w/ silver chrome lens and they are perfect. They don't fog, dont scratch (easily anyway), and they look sick! The silver chrome lens is fully mirrored for those who like that. I would definitely recommend to anyone who thinks the EG1 is a little big, The EG5s is the perfect size for a small/medium face
