The sizing chart doesn't go as low as a 38.5... I wear a women's 7 in the rental climbing shoes at our gym. Anybody know if these'd work for me? Any real reason why I shouldn't buy a "men's" shoe?

What does the inside of this jacket feel like?
I want to get a feel for how warm it would be. (i.e. does it have a fleeced interior? or is it more like a pure shell with little to no insulation?)
