At this point, the problem with the toe piece should be apparent to anyone considering buying these, but I am going to add to the body of evidence. I am 5'10"/160 - skiing in-bounds at Squaw in icey conditions - my second day on the bindings - failure at plastic connecting the toe piece. On the bright side though, at least the folks at the headwall lift got some entertainment as I slid 30 yds on the iced-over lower section of the saddle and plowed into a "Merge" sign.
